1.6 These Terms and Conditions in no way are intended to unlawfully restrict, limit or avoid any right or obligation. The Terms and Conditions are created for either you or Square Coffee and Kitchen in terms of the Consumer Protection Act.
1.7 Square Coffee and Kitchen permits the use of this Website subject to the Terms and Conditions. By using this Website in any way, you shall be deemed to have accepted all the Terms and Condition unconditionally.
2.1 All Prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of forwarding charges.
2.2 The currency is at all times clearly mentioned.
2.3 If an error is found the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and Square Coffee and Kitchen will offer you the option of cancelling you order free of charge.
3. Secure Payment Options
3.1 Payment may be made by bank transfer into our bank account, the details of which will be provided on the Pro Forma Invoice.
3.2 Square Coffee and Kitchen will remain the owner of the sold goods until the day of complete payment of the price and possible late payment/interest and/or indemnities which will be communicated to you should they incur.
4. Delivery Policy
4.1 Square Coffee and Kitchen offers two methods of delivery: courier and collection.
4.2 Delivery is subject to the availability of stock. Orders will be process within three (3) working days and will either be available for collection or handed to the courier service.
4.3 Delivery periods are subject to the location of delivery.
4.4 Delivery fees, where applicable, will be indicated upon checkout.
4.5 Delivery to remote areas may need to be collected from the nearest Post Office.
4.6 Complaints regarding the quality and standard of delivery should be directed to Square Coffee and Kitchen customer service at email@example.com.
4.7 Square Coffee and Kitchen reserves the right to charge administration fees in the case of orders being cancelled.
5. Delivery Information
5.1 We will dispatch your order once your EFT payment has been received.
5.2 We send all orders with our selected courier company Formula Couriers. If your delivery address is in a rural area within Namibia, product will need to be collected from your nearest Post Office.
5.3 On dispatch, a waybill number will be mailed, Whatsapp or SMS to you for tracking purposes. Please not that deliveries on “in stock” items generally take 3-5 working days.
5.4 PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: Please note that our courier service does not deliver on public holidays, which may cause a delay in receiving you order. To find out if you order will be delivered in time, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 If you are not entirely satisfied with you purchase once you have received your order, immediately contact our customer service department to arrange for an exchange or refund, provided the items are unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition.
6.2 Exchanges and refund are subject to the items being inspected once the items have been received back with Square Coffee and Kitchen.
6.3 Should you receive a defective item, contact our customer service department to arrange for your item to be returned and inspected. The item will then be repaired or replaced.
6.4 Square Coffee and Kitchen reserves the right to charge administration and courier fees when applicable.
7.1 The User’s Private Information required during the order process through the Website, such as name, delivery address, telephone numbers and email will be kept in strict confidence and will not be sold or made known to any third parties.
7.2 Information needed to ensure delivery of goods will be disclosed to the third party who is responsible for the delivery of the goods.
7.3 Square Coffee and Kitchen has taken all reasonable precautions to secure the payment processes. Square Coffee and Kitchen cannot be held liable for security breaches that occur on the User’s personal computer or any other electronic device used.
7.4 The Website may be visited with any personal information being provided; in such instances the user’s computer IP address will be collected. This information is used to track visits, time spent and page views.
8. Gift Vouchers
8.1 Square Coffee and Kitchen Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and will not be replace if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
8.2 Square Coffee and Kitchen Vouchers cannot be resold to-or exchanged with a third party.
8.3 You cannot use a Square Coffee and Kitchen voucher to purchase another Square Coffee and Kitchen gift voucher.
8.4 Your gift voucher can be redeemed online or in-store at Square Coffee and Kitchen Maerua Mall, Windhoek.
9. Updating of theses Terms
9.1 We may change the terms at any time by placing a notice on this website or updating this web page.
9.2 If you do no agree with the change, you must stop using this website or the changed terms will apply to you.
10. Choice of Law
10.1 Namibian law and conditions (such as time and date) govern the terms. Only the Namibian court may decide any dispute about the terms.
10.2 It is illegal to access the Website from territories or countries where the content of purchase of the products sold on the Website is prohibited.
10.3 You may not use this Website in violation of Namibian export laws and regulations. If you access this website from location outside of Namibia, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
